Inspired by science fiction movies, Sylvain launches into creating a futuristic night series, where Montreal is the backdrop. Semi-human characters hyperstylized denouncing the superficial and mask the sensitivity, giving us a false sense of invulnerability. The sets are synthetic extension of the the body and an expression of it. The huge canvas size amplifies this imposing philosophy.
